This was my first time dining at Bkk and I'm happy to say that this was a wonderful overall experience! I was greeted with a smile and warm hospitality. My server was very attentive and made sure I was enjoying my meal and asked if I needed anything else. The restroom was very clean, the bar is really nice and the restaurant has a beautiful and relaxing upscale ambiance. I had the most delicious BKK fried rice with chicken. The meal was plated beautifully and it was a very generous portion. Hats off to the chef for creating such a tasteful dish that clearly was made to order- it was all fresh and the vegetables were crisp. HIGHLY recommend and give it a 5 stars review on this dining experience! I will definitely be returning and this time with the family! -M.Quinones

I had a very disappointing experience and will not be returning. I placed a to go order and waited nearly 30 minutes to receive it. While waiting, I overheard the staff telling another customer how they were “team players,” but unfortunately that teamwork didn’t seem to translate into providing good customer service. I was handed my ticket while I continued waiting for my order. When my food was finally brought out, the server said, “Let me get your receipt.” I replied, “No worries, I don’t need it.” His immediate response, in a harsh and accusatory tone, was, “But you owe me.” Before I even had a chance to respond, another waitress stepped in and told him that I had already paid. Instead of taking a moment to verify the payment, he chose to assume I was trying to leave without paying and spoke to me as if I were doing something wrong. That was completely unprofessional and embarrassing, especially considering I had already paid and even left a tip on a to go order. To make matters worse, the food was just as disappointing as the service. The sushi rolls were dry, the portions were small, and the quality was poor. BKK Thai Kitchen was an amazing experience from start to finish! The food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. Every dish was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the service made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Victor—he was an amazing bartender! He was friendly, attentive, and made excellent drink recommendations. His positive attitude and outstanding service really stood out and made our visit memorable. I highly recommend BKK Thai Kitchen to anyone looking for incredible Thai food, great drinks, and exceptional hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

I had never been here before, but I was craving Thai food, so I decided to give it a try. I visited around 4:00 p.m. on 6/25/26, and the restaurant was nearly empty, with only one customer sitting at the bar working on a laptop while enjoying a drink. Although the restaurant was a bit uncomfortably warm, the service was excellent! My server was very attentive and quick to bring refills or anything else I needed throughout my meal! I ordered the green curry, and while it was good, it wasn't anything particularly memorable. The vegetables and chicken pieces were quite large, and I would have preferred them to be cut into smaller, more bite-sized pieces. The curry itself lacked the rich, authentic Thai flavor I was expecting and tasted more like an Americanized version. I also found it a little odd that it was served with a regular spoon rather than a chon (the traditional short-handled Asian soup spoon that's commonly served with Thai curries). The fried banana dessert with coconut ice cream, however, was absolutely delicious and ended the meal on a high note!! In total, I had two glasses of red wine, the green curry, and the fried banana dessert, which came to $64 including tip.

Ordered pineapple curry. Came a little over half full with a couple cherry tomatoes. Flavor is decent- horrible portion. I’ve ordered the pineapple curry before and it came with rice and- you wouldn’t believe this- PINEAPPLE! Anyways. Maybe it’s an odd night?
